Hotelinformation

Your room-key also opens the front-doors. Please always take your room-key with you, so you may access the house even after the reception desk has been closed.

Breakfast will be served
  • Monday - Friday: 08:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., early breakfast service on request from 7:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 08:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Please note Corona rules

The guestrooms will be cleaned between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., please note, if you put the "do not disturb" sign at your door, your room will not be cleaned.

We respectfully request that our guests vacate their room and the car park by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We are most happy to assist with the storage of luggage until 18:00 p.m.

All our rooms are non-smoking. Even smoking at the opened window is forbidden. In case of failure to comply, we will charge a cleaning fee of € 500,00 and possible claims for compensation e.g if the alarm is triggered or cost of cancelation if the next guest refuse to take the room. Removing the smoke detector will automatically be logged.

Direct dial telephones are available in all our bedrooms. Your room number is (02641) 9777 - Telephone calls are charged € 0,30 per unit and will automatically be added to your bill. To make an inland or international call, first press 0. You can reach reception with 6.

In our comfort rooms you will find a filled minibar, in the classic double rooms you have a refrigerator at your disposal, which you can switch on.

In the cupboard to the left of the fridge you will find several red wines, snacks and glasses. Please note your room number and the drink/snack you took.

We appreciate your understanding that dogs are only allowed for breakfast after prior arrangement. Hundeknigge

Our house has 25 rooms and a maximum of 12 free parking places behind the hotel. We ask you to use the existing parking space optimally. In addition, we can reserve you an underground parking space (chargeable) while availible, please enquire. The hotel car park and underground parking space has to be vacated on the day of departure by 11:00 a.m. Public parking is available outside the town gate. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us. You can find more Parking places outside the town wall. The parking place in front of the “Niedertor” (twon gate) costs € 5,00 a day from 8:00 am unteil 6pm.(Stand 12/20) The street outside the hotel parking lot is a traffic-calmed zone, where parking outside of specially designated parking places is not allowed.

Once the TV is turned on (standby), you can use the remote control. All TVs are equipped with teletext.

Wake-up service on your telephone:

  • give the desired alarm time in hours and minutes (hhmm).
  • You will receive a confirmation tone
  • Hang up
Example: You want to wake up at 7:30 a.m. => Pick up the phone, dial *550730, wait for the confirmation tone and hang up.
